10OuncesFrozen Chopped Spinach(Thawed and Drained)
114-Ounce Can of Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
8OuncesBlock Cream Cheese(At Room Temperature)
2-3Cloves of Garlic(Minced)
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1CupParmesan cheese(Freshly Grated)
1 and 1/2CupsItalian Blend or Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, add 3/4 of the crumbled bacon, spinach, artichoke, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, 1 cup of Parmesan, and 1 cup of Italian Blend or Mozzarella cheese. Mix to combine.
Transfer to a baking dish. I used an 8×10. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Italian or Mozzarella cheese, and then top with remaining 1/4 of bacon.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve with baguette, chips, or toasted pita.
