Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Bacon

    • 5Slices Bacon, Browned and Crumbled
    • 10Ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach(Thawed and Drained)
    • 114-Ounce Can of Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
    • 2/3Cup Sour Cream
    • 1/3Cup Mayonnaise
    • 8Ounces Block Cream Cheese(At Room Temperature)
    • 2-3 Cloves of Garlic(Minced)
    • 1/2Tsp Kosher Salt,
    • 1/2Tsp Black Pepper
    • 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    • 1Cup Parmesan cheese(Freshly Grated)
    • 1 and 1/2Cups Italian Blend or Mozzarella Cheese
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, add 3/4 of the crumbled bacon, spinach, artichoke, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, 1 cup of Parmesan, and 1 cup of Italian Blend or Mozzarella cheese. Mix to combine.
    3. Transfer to a baking dish. I used an 8×10. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Italian or Mozzarella cheese, and then top with remaining 1/4 of bacon.
    4. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve with baguette, chips, or toasted pita.
