South Carolina Mustard-Based Barbecue Sauce
    Makes about 2 and 1/2 Cups

    • 1 and 1/2Cups Yellow Mustard
    • 2/3Cup Light Brown Sugar
    • 6Tbsp Ketchup
    • 3Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • 2Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 2Tsp White Vinegar
    • 1 to 2Tsp Hot Sauce(add more if you like it hot)
    • 1Tsp Garlic Powder
    • 3/4Tsp Black Pepper
    1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and combine with a whisk. Whisk until fully combined. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. The flavor is often better after the flavors have had time to meld.
