    For the Chicken Salad
    • 2Cups Cooked, Shredded, Chicken
    • 3/4 to 1Cup Grapes, Halved
    • 1/3Cup Diced Celery(about 1 large celery stalk)
    • 1/4Cup Diced Red Onion
    • 1/4Cup Chopped Walnuts
    • Juice of One Lemon
    • 1/3Cup Mayo or Greek Yogurt
    • 1/2Tsp Salt
    • 1/2Tsp Black Pepper
    • 2Tbsp Fresh Dill(or 1/2 tsp dry)
    Meal Prep Ideas
    • Veggies: Butter Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, or Peppers
    • Crackers, bread, pita chips
    1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Serve immediately on bread or on lettuce, or divide into 4-5 meal prep containers with veggies and crackers, bread or chips.

    This chicken salad will last in the fridge for 3-5 days.
