Meal Prep Chicken Salad
For the Chicken Salad
Cooked, Shredded, Chicken
3/4 to 1
(about 1 large celery stalk)
Diced Red Onion
Juice of One Lemon
Mayo or Greek Yogurt
(or 1/2 tsp dry)
Meal Prep Ideas
Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, or Peppers
bread, pita chips
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Serve immediately on bread or on lettuce, or divide into 4-5 meal prep containers with veggies and crackers, bread or chips.
This chicken salad will last in the fridge for 3-5 days.
