    Ingredients
    Chocolate Chip Cookies*
    • 1Recipe Of Chocolate Chip Cookies(recipe above and below)
    For the Filling
    • 1/2Cup (1 Stick) Unsalted Butter, Softened (at room temperature)
    • 1 and 1/2Cups Powdered Sugar
    • 2Cups Marshmallow Cream
    • 1 and 1/4Tsp Vanilla Extract
    Instructions
    1. Make the chocolate chip cookies as instructed. After they have completely cooled, make the filling.
    2. Beat the softened butter, powdered sugar, marshmallow cream, and vanilla extract with a handheld mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
    3. Put about a tablespoon or a little less of the filling on a cookie, and then top with a similar sized cookie.

    I use one 7-ounce container of the marshmallow fluff which is just a tad more than 2 cups, but that’s ok.

    I store mine in a covered container in the refrigerator. They will stay good for 3-5 days in the fridge. They won’t last that long though!
