    • 4lbs Chicken Wings
    • 1/4Cup Vegetable or Canola oil
    • 2Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line one to two baking sheets with tin foil and place wire racks on top of the baking sheets. Spray with non stick spray. Set aside.
    2. Make sure the wings are dry. Pat them dry with a paper towel if needed. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the vegetable or canola oil. Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning over the chicken. You can choose to do this in the bowl and toss, or sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken while it’s on the cookie sheet. Place the chicken on the prepped wire rack on the cookie sheet (making sure not to crowd them) then put them in the oven.
    3. Bake them for about 40 – 50 minutes. I start checking around the 35 minute mark. And done! Devour.
